4. Payments and transaction information

We do not ask you to provide your UPI PIN, card PIN, CVV, online banking password or similar confidential banking credentials to Shree Ji Learning. Such credentials, where applicable, are handled by the payment provider or banking application.
We may retain transaction references, order IDs and payment status information to provide access to purchased content, handle support requests and maintain transaction records.
5. When information may be shared
We do not sell your personal information. Information may be shared only where reasonably necessary, including with:

Some supported PDFs, videos, images or learning materials may be downloaded for offline study. Offline content is stored in app-controlled storage on the user's device and is intended for use through Shree Ji Learning.
Downloaded learning content may be removed when the app is uninstalled, app data is cleared, content access expires, or the user removes the download.
8. Children, minors and student accounts
Shree Ji Learning is an educational service used by students. Where our service is used by a child or minor, use should be subject to applicable law and appropriate parent, guardian or educational-institution supervision.
We do not knowingly use children's personal information for targeted advertising. If a parent or guardian believes that a child's information has been provided inappropriately, they may contact us to request review or deletion.
